You can view the nearest symbol for a module.

To list the nearest symbol for a module

1. In the Modules and Symbols window, right-click the list and then choose List Nearest Symbol from the shortcut menu.

   – or –

   From the Debug menu, choose List Nearest KD Symbol.

   **Note   **The List Nearest Symbol command does not find symbols based on a local variable address. This command finds symbols in the text section.

   The List Nearest Symbol command is available only when the debugger is in break state.

2. In the Address box, type a hexadecimal address and then choose OK.
