The following table shows the XML HTTP properties, with a description of the purpose of each.

responseStream Property (IXMLHTTPRequest) | Represents only one of several forms in which the HTTP response can be returned. |
responseText Property (IXMLHTTPRequest) | Represents the response entity body as a string. |
responseXML Property (IXMLHTTPRequest) | Represents the parsed response entity body. |
status Property (IXMLHTTPRequest) | Represents the HTTP status code returned by a request. |
statusText Property (IXMLHTTPRequest) | Represents the HTTP response line status. |
