GetSoapServices Method (Windows CE 5.0)
This method returns an EnumWSDLService object capable of enumerating the SOAP services described in the loaded WSDL file.

[out] EnumWSDLService object.
Return Values
The following table describes the common return values.

| S_OK | Success. |
| E_NOTIMPL | The function contains no implementation. |
| E_OUTOFMEMORY | Out of memory. |
