This IOCTL gets the time-out parameters fall read/write operations on a specified communications device. The DeviceIoControl function executes this IOCTL.or

[in] Handle returned from a call to the COM_Open function.
- dwCode
[in] Set to this IOCTL: IOCTL_SERIAL_GET_TIMEOUTS.
- pBufIn
[in] Pointer to a COMMTIMEOUTS structure.
- dwLenIn
[in] Set to sizeof(COMMTIMEOUTS).
- pBufOut
Ignored.
- dwLenOut
Ignored.
- pdwActualOut
Ignored.
Return Values
Returns TRUE if successful. Returns FALSE otherwise. To get extended error information, call GetLastError.
