You can view the nearest symbol for a module.
The List Nearest Symbol command is available only when the debugger is in break state.
To list the nearest symbol for a module
In the Modules window, right-click the list and then choose List Nearest Symbol from the shortcut menu.

From the Debug menu, choose List Nearest KD Symbol.
Note
The List Nearest Symbol command does not find symbols based on a local variable address. This command finds symbols in the text section.
In the Address box, type a hexadecimal address and then choose OK.
