The Computer Name User Interface component provides the Computer Name tab which appears when you right-click My Computer and choose Properties. Note that this does not include the Computer Name tab that appears when you right-click Computer Management (<target>) in the Computer Management MMC Snap-in, and then choose Properties. This node appears similar but is generated by different code.
