Description
When you build a run-time image, the Windows XP Embedded Target Designer output window displays the error File Not Found.
Resolution
Use one of the following resolutions:
- In Component Database Manager, verify that all of the repositories appear under the Repositories tab.
- Using Windows Explorer, verify that you have the appropriate read permissions on the repositories in the Windows Embedded Data\Repositories directory.
- Some services, such as virus protection programs may prohibit access to the component database.
- Stop and restart the MSDE or SQL service.
