The Voice over IP (VoIP) functionality in Windows Embedded CE is designed to be customizable in many ways. You can often customize the operation of a particular piece of functionality and if the customization does not meet your needs, you can usually replace the functionality with your own code or with functionality you obtain elsewhere.
