This method returns the download status for the movie channel.
Syntax
BYTE GetMovieChannel();
Parameters
None.
Return Value
Returns a BYTE that ranges between 0 and 100 and represents the percentage of the data downloaded. If the value is greater than 100, this indicates that the download is 100 percent complete.
Remarks
The download status refers to the process of downloading up-to-date data about movies from the Microsoft DirectBand wireless datacasting network to the MSN Direct receiver through the movie channel.
The movie channel download status is a weighted average between 50 percent of the total available theaters in the local region, 30 percent of the total current movie titles, and 20 percent of the total movie show times.
