Clears all device input that has been buffered.

Remarks

Any data events or input error events that are queued – usually waiting for DataEventEnabled to be set to TRUE and FreezeEvents to be set to FALSE – are also cleared.

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
