Terminal in CE Boot (Compact 2013)

The Terminal driver encapsulates functionality to read from and write to a terminal. Its driver class is BOOT_DRIVER_CLASS_TERMINAL.
Its interface is defined in:
%_WINCEROOT%\Platform\Common\Src\Common\Bldr\Inc\Bootterminal.h
