The sample OAL provided with Platform Builder includes generic implementations of the following functions:
- QueryPerformanceCounter
- QueryPerformanceFrequency
- OEMIdle
- SC_GetTickCount
The kernel calls SC_GetTickCount to service the GetTickCount system call.
