1/5/2010

The Marvell PXA27x Processor Development Kit (MainstoneIII) uses a C5 processor card (128 MB SDRAM support).

When you install Platform Builder for CE 6.0 , the following directories are created:

  • %_WINCEROOT%\Platform\MainstoneIII
This directory contains the memory-mapped configuration files, include files that define the memory layout, and some board-level customization code for the Marvell PXA27x Processor Development Kit (MainstoneIII).
  • %_WINCEROOT%\Platform\Common\Src\SOC\PXA27X_MS_v1
This directory contains all the latest source code for the Marvell PXA27x Processor Development Kit (MainstoneIII).

The Marvell PXA27x Processor Development Kit (MainstoneIII) BSP provides support for the following functionality:

  • C5 stepping

  • Power management

    • Suspend/resume
    • Variable tick timing
    • Device driver states for suspend/resume
  • Still and video camera capture

  • USB RNDIS KITL

  • GPIO interrupt handling

  • SDIO optimizations

  • 128MB SDRAM

  • Flash images

  • CETK compliant
The Marvell PXA27x Processor Development Kit (MainstoneIII) BSP is as compliant as possible with the hardware on the reference platform.

  • Marvell VTune Performance Analyzer

  • Marvell Debugging Extensions
