OID_DOT11_CCA_MODE_SUPPORTED (Windows Embedded CE 6.0)

This is a bit-significant value, that represents all of the CCA modes supported by the PHY. The following list shows the valid values:

  • Energy detect only (ED_ONLY) = 01.
  • Carrier sense only (CS_ONLY) = 02.
  • Carrier sense and energy detect (ED_and_CS)= 04.
  • The logical sum of any of these values.

This object identifier should not be used to indicate the CCA modes supported by a higher rate extension PHY. Rather, the OID_DOT11_HR_CCA_MODE_SUPPORTED object identifier is used to indicate the CCA modes of the higher rate extension PHY.
