ReleaseRemoveLockAndWait (Compact 2013)

This function closes the lock event handle so the same lock cannot be re-entered. This is the final function called on the remove lock.

IN PREMOVE_LOCK Lock,
IN OPTIONAL PVOID Tag

Parameters
- Lock
[in] Pointer to a REMOVE_LOCK structure.
- Tag
[in] Optional. Set to NULL.
