The NIC driver calls this function to read a UCHAR from its NIC's I/O port.

Syntax

VOID NdisReadPortUchar(
  NDIS_HANDLE NdisAdapterHandle,
  ULONG Port,
  PUCHAR Data 
);

Parameters

  • NdisAdapterHandle
    [in] Specifies the handle that the NDIS interface library associates with the network interface card.
  • Port
    [in] Specifies the I/O port.
  • Data
    [out]Points to the caller-supplied variable in which this function returns the byte read from Port.

Return Value

Returns the byte read from Port.
