Special High Speed Circuit Switched Data (HSCSD) receive timeslots value.

Value	Description
RIL_HSCSDTIMESLOTS_DEFAULT	The radio stack should calculate the appropriate number of timeslots.
RIL_HSCSDTIMESLOTSLIMIT_NONE	Number of receive timeslots will not be altered during the next non-transparent HSCSD call.
