The following table shows the RIL IOCTLs with a description of the purpose of each.

Programming element	Description
IOCTL_RIL_NOTIFICATIONS	This IOCTL is responsible for initializing any data structures and events used to notify the RIL proxy of asynchronous command completion and unsolicited notifications.
