RIL_SetMsgServiceOptions (Compact 2013)

This function sets messaging service options.

Syntax

HRESULT RIL_SetMsgServiceOptions(
  HRIL hRil,
  const RILMSGSERVICEINFO* lpMsgServiceInfo
);

Parameters

  • lpMsgServiceInfo
    Pointer to a RILMSGSERVICEINFO structure that contains the messaging service options to be set.

Return Value

Positive HRESULT values indicate success and are used as command identifications for matching the asynchronous call result. Negative HRESULT values indicate an error. Errors are defined in the Ril.h file.

An asynchronous result of RIL_RESULT_OK indicates success. The lpData notification parameter is set to NULL.

Remarks

The RIL proxy translates the RIL_SetMsgServiceOptions function into IOCTL_RIL_SetMsgServiceOptions when the RIL proxy calls RIL_IOControl.
