Value	Description
RIL_CAPS_MSGSTATUS_RECUNREAD	The radio is capable of supporting recorded unread message status.
RIL_CAPS_MSGSTATUS_RECREAD	The radio is capable of supporting recorded read message status.
RIL_CAPS_MSGSTATUS_STOUNSENT	The radio is capable of supporting stored unsent message status.
RIL_CAPS_MSGSTATUS_STOSENT	The radio is capable of supporting stored sent message status.
