This method removes a delegate from the MouseLeftButtonUp event for this UI element.

Parameters
- pDelegate
[in] IXRDelegate<ArgType> object that was passed into IXRUIElement::AddMouseLeftButtonUpEventHandler that you want to remove from the MouseLeftButtonUp event, which is raised when the user releases the left mouse button while the mouse is hovering over this UI element.
Return Value
Returns an HRESULT that indicates success or failure.
