IXRUIElement::AddMouseLeftButtonDownEventHandler (Windows Embedded CE 6.0)

This method attaches a delegate to the MouseLeftButtonDown event for this UI element. When the UI element raises the MouseLeftButtonDown event, this delegate will be invoked.

Syntax

virtual HRESULT STDMETHODCALLTYPE AddMouseLeftButtonDownEventHandler(
    IXRDelegate<XRMouseButtonEventArgs> *pDelegate
)= 0;

Parameters

  • pDelegate
    [in] IXRDelegate<ArgType> object that you want to attach to the MouseLeftButtonDown event, which is raised when the left mouse button is pressed while the mouse is hovering over the element on the graphical window (or the mouse is captured).

    The CreateDelegate function provides an easy way to create this IXRDelegate object.

Return Value

Returns an HRESULT that indicates success or failure.

Remarks

Multiple delegates can be attached to the same event.

To remove this delegate from the MouseLeftButtonDown event, call IXRUIElement::RemoveMouseLeftButtonDownEventHandler.
