Implementing Server Appliance Kit Functionality on Windows Server
6/22/2010
The Server Appliance Kit (SAK) for Windows Server 2003 provided a Web-based user interface for remotely configuring and managing a server appliance. In Windows Server 2008 R2 and Windows Server 2008, when you develop a server appliance you can optionally build your own Web-based remote interface for managing your appliance. For information about how to implement SAK-like functionality in Windows Server 2008 R2 and Windows Server 2008, see Mapping Server Appliance Kit 3.0 to Windows Server 2008.
