This package is a Feature Pack in the category User Interface\Help. The name of the package as it appears on disk and for use with some command-line tools is WinEmb-HelpBasic.
This package provides Help content about the basic computer experience such as an introduction to computers, using your mouse, using programs and so on. Much of the content that is located in the Learn about Windows Basics topics in Windows 7 Help and Support is contained in the Embedded Core Help Content package.
