preAuthThrottle Element (Compact 7)

This element specifies the number preauthentication attempts to try on neighboring APs. This element is valid for WPA2-defined networks that have PMKCacheMode Element set to ENABLED, only. If PMKCacheMode
is enabled, and this element is absent, the number of tries uses three (3).
