Formats this volume, without forcing removal of the rooted namespace of the volume.

Parameters

• fileSystem
  Type: System. . :: . .String
  The name of the file system to use in formatting.

• parameter
  Type: System. . :: . .UInt32
  A parameter to guide formatting for the specified file system.
