Initializes a new instance of the HttpListener class with the specified port.

Parameters
- prefix
Type: System. . :: . .String
The prefix (http or https) to start listening for.
- port
Type: System. . :: . .Int32
The port to start listening on. If -1, the default port is used (port 80 for http, or port 443 for https).
