Review the applicable Feature modules and any examples for the WindowsShiftRight setting in Windows Embedded 8 Standard (Standard 8).

This setting specifies whether to block the key combination Windows logo key+Shift+Right Arrow from moving the window to the right monitor.

Set to Blocked to block it; otherwise, set to Allowed.
