TapiConfigured (Standard 8 Module Reference)

Review the applicable Feature modules and any examples for the TapiConfigured setting in Windows Embedded 8 Standard (Standard 8).
This setting specifies whether to retain or to rewrite the telephony location.
Set to 0 to rewrite the location; otherwise, set to1.
