Dialog Filter (Standard 8 Module Reference)

Review the settings, dependencies and any notes for the Dialog Filter module in the Windows Embedded 8 Standard (Standard 8) module catalog.

This module enables you to control which popup windows are displayed on the screen, and to automatically handle popup windows by taking a default action, such as “close” or “show”. Also, in Windows Embedded 8 Standard (Standard 8), you can configure the Dialog Box Filter to always show popup windows from specific processes, regardless of the specified default action. CHILD

You can use the Action setting attribute to specify the action to take when you use the configuration file to create or modify an image. The following table shows the possible values.
