Review the products updated by Windows Embedded Developer Update (WEDU) in Windows Embedded 8 Standard (Standard 8).

You can update Windows 7, Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (Windows 7 SP1), and Windows Embedded 8 Standard (Standard 8) by using Windows Embedded Developer Update 1.2 (WEDU 1.2).

Updates for Embedded Device Run-Time Images

To help you with your software development, WEDU 1.2 obtains updates for Windows Embedded development environments. You cannot update run-time images on embedded devices by using WEDU 1.2.
