Track6Data contains track data between, but not including, the start and end sentinels.

An empty string indicates the track is not accessible.

Track6Data is typically initialized to 0. It should then be kept current by the service object while the device is enabled.

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
