Remarks

The PrintWrite method writes this data in track 3 of a point card.

Write3Data contains track data between, but not including, the start and end sentinels.

Write3Data is typically initialized to 0. It should then be kept current by the service object while the device is enabled.

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
