Status Page

The status page is the home page of the local UI. The status page displays the OEM logo and the status of system resources. This status information may take the form of text or icons. The status page will also provide an entry point for users to navigate to task pages, as appropriate.

The following diagram illustrates the status page.

As an OEM developer, you may choose to take advantage of the existing Microsoft resource status components. Additionally, you can change the logo displayed or create your own text-based or icon-based resource status components and place them on the status page.
