Gets or sets a Boolean value that indicates whether a DataEvent event is delivered when input data is queued.

Remarks

When set to true by the application, the service object can deliver a queued event by raising a DataEvent event. When the DataEventEnabled property is set to false by the application, the service object queues data for later delivery to the application.

Note

If an error occurs during input processing, the service object queues the error event but does not deliver it until the application sets the DataEventEnabled property to true.

The DataEventEnabled property is set and kept current by the service object while the device is enabled.
