FSDMGR_GetRegistryString (Windows CE 5.0)

This function is called by an FSD to read a string value from the registry. It is a helper function provided so that an FSD does not need to know the actual registry key that was used to invoke it.

BOOL FSDMGR_GetRegistryString(HDSK hDsk,PCTSTR szValueName,PTSTR szValue,DWORD dwSize);

Parameters

  • hDsk
    [in] Handle to the disk, though not a true Microsoft Win32 handle.
  • szValueName
    [in] Name of the value to retrieve.
  • szValue
    [out] Retrieved value.
  • dwSize
    [out] Max size of the value passed in the szValue parameter.

Return Values

Returns TRUE, if successful; otherwise, returns FALSE.

OS Versions: Windows CE .NET 4.0 and later.
