FSDMGR_ReadDisk (Windows CE 5.0)

This function reads sectors from a disk. It is called by an FSD.

DWORD FSDMGR_ReadDisk( HDSKhDsk,DWORD dwSector,DWORD cSectors,PBYTE pBuffer,DWORD cbBuffer);

Parameters

  • hDsk
    [in] Handle to the mounted disk; this is the same value that was passed to FSD_MountDisk. This handle is not a true Win32 handle.
  • dwSector
    [in] Starting sector number.
  • cSectors
    [in] Number of sectors to read.
  • pBuffer
    [out] Pointer to a buffer to hold the information that is read.
  • cbBuffer
    [in] Size of the buffer, in bytes.

Return Values

ERROR_SUCCESS indicates success. A standard Windows API error code indicates failure.

OS Versions: Windows CE 2.10 and later.
