One of the LINEINITIALIZEEXOPTION. Specifies the event notification mechanism the application desires to use. - hEvent
If dwOptions specifies LINEINITIALIZEEXOPTION_USEEVENT, TAPI returns the event handle in this field. - hCompletionPort
Handle to a completion port. - dwCompletionKey
Completion key.
