writeBuffer Method (Windows CE 5.0)
This method writes the value of an element to the SOAP message. Reserved XML characters such as '<' and '>' are not encoded.

Parameters

[in] Length of the buffer. - buffer
[in] Pointer to the buffer.

| S_OK | Success. |
| E_NOTIMPL | The function contains no implementation. |
| E_OUTOFMEMORY | Out of memory. |
