IDVDDecoderCSS::NewDisk (Windows CE 5.0)
This method notifies the decoder that a new disk has been inserted in order to reinitialize the CSS subsystem.

None.
Return Values
If the method completes successfully, the return value is S_OK.
Remarks
This method should be called to enter the authentication/negotiation process before any of the key transfer operations can take place.
