NdisWriteRegisterUchar (Windows CE 5.0)
The NIC driver calls this function to write a UCHAR to a memory-mapped device register.

Parameters
- Register
[in] Points to the memory-mapped register. This virtual address must fall within a range returned by an initialization-time call to NdisMMapIoSpace. - Data
[in] Specifies the caller-supplied UCHAR that this function transfers to the Register.
Return Values
None.
Remarks
If a driver calls this function, its NIC's device registers must be mapped to non-cached memory during driver initialization.
