MSI-based Installer Modification

A self-installing .msi file contains the information necessary to install the SDK. An .msi file is a single package containing the files to be installed and accompanying registry information, dependency data, instructions for installation, and so on. If you want to make changes to an .msi file, you can use the tools for the Windows Installer, after the SDK is generated. For more information about modifying an .msi file, see the SDK documentation for the Windows Installer.
