Assigning a Macro to a Key Sequence

  1. Choose Customize from the Tools menu.

  2. Choose the Add-ins and Macro Files tab, and make sure that macro files are installed.

    For more information, see Installing a Macro File.

  3. Choose the Keyboard tab.

  4. Select Macros in the Category list.

  5. Select the macro to which you want to assign a key sequence in the Commands box.

  6. Enter the key sequence in the Press New Shortcut Key box.

  7. Choose Assign.
