WDDM Sync - VolBlt Test

This automated test verifies that user-mode drivers properly synchronize the CPU and GPU when resources are used by the CPU and GPU

This test creates a video memory volume texture. It then uses the VolBlt DDI to ask the user-mode driver to program the GPU to write into the volume texture. The test then locks the texture with the CPU and verifies that the texture contents read by the CPU match the contents that should have been written into the texture via the VolBlt DDI.

This topic applies to the following test jobs:

  • WDDM Sync - VolBlt Test

  • WDDM Sync - VolBlt Test (WoW64)
