WPD_COMMAND_MEDIA_CAPTURE_START command

Starts a media capture operation. This command is typically used to capture streams of audio or video data. This operation continues until a corresponding WPD_COMMAND_MEDIA_CAPTURE_PAUSE or WPD_COMMAND_MEDIA_CAPTURE_STOP command is received.
