GetName method

Gets a name, as specified.

Syntax

HRESULT retVal = object.GetName(dwFlags, pbstrName);

Parameters

  • dwFlags [in]
    Type: DWORD

    The CSDB_GETNAME_FLAGS enumeration value.

  • pbstrName [out]
    Type: BSTR

    Receives a pointer to the name as a string.

Return value

Type: HRESULT

If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.
