Contains the same value as the ISVGAnimatedInteger::baseVal property.

Note  The ISVGAnimatedInteger::animVal property is available but not supported in Internet Explorer 9.
 

ISVGAnimatedInteger::baseVal

Read/write

Gets or sets the base value of the given attribute before any animations are applied.
