Gets the time when the Document Object Model (DOM) content finished loading into the document that is loaded by the window object.

Type: ULONGLONG
An ULONGLONG value that represents the time when the DOM content finished loading or 0
if the document could not be loaded.

Remarks
The value reported by the domContentLoadedEventEnd property represents the number of milliseconds between the recorded time and midnight January 1, 1970 (UTC).
