Description

Specifies the services, protocols, and devices to which this service is associated in a binding. The system builds the bind from the values in this entry and in the Bind entries of the associated protocols and devices.

More than one component of the same type can be listed in this value. For example, if the computer has two networks, the value of Bind for a network adapter type would contain two object names.

Note

A valid binding requires a value for three entries: Bind,Export and Route .

Caution

Bindings are created by the system. Do not change the values of these entries.
