BindNavHintsToToolbars specifies when to display mouse navigation hints for Windows® Media Center menus.

Specifies that mouse navigation hints are displayed whenever the Windows Media Center mouse toolbars are displayed.

Specifies that mouse navigation hints are displayed when the mouse cursor hovers over the top or bottom of a vertical menu or over the right or left of a horizontal menu. This is the default value.
